Kelly Finucan has been a professional chef for 26 years and has spent time in some of the more well known restaurants in North Georgia such as Renee's Cafe in Dahlonega as well as The Corkscrew Cafe in Dahlonega. She is self taught and started cooking at the ripe old age of 4 years old. She has since been written up in numerous Magazines such as Southern Living, Gourmet Magazine, North Georgia Living and has received accolades for Chef Of the Month for Restaurant Review Magazine in 2007. Kelly’s Cuisine offers completely hands-on cooking classes to the novice and the seasoned cook in a relaxed setting, in our kitchen or yours. We try to ban measurements whenever possible and encourage tasting to tease out your inner chef and train your palate. The best part- each class ends as a dinner party where everyone enjoys the fruits of their labor.
Home study is available and we will come to you. Indeed, throwing a dinner party at home is cool - people can mingle & linger in ways impossible at a restaurant, plus you get to show off your fabulous place & incredible culinary talents! Learn everything you need to know about dishes that will knock them over (not literally!) with food that seems to have taken hours to prepare, while you never break a sweat in the kitchen! You can learn many techniques as well as different international cuisines or you may choose to learn about preparations and secrets to perfecting great soups, appetizers, entrees, garnishes, fruit and vegetable carving or desserts.

Each class has a set price of $70, which includes healthy, fresh & organic (wherever possible) ingredients, supplies and a beverage to reflect your menu choices. Beer and Wine pairings may be supplied for an additional charge.
