Kelly’s Cuisine has been making reception planning worry free for brides and their families for years. Come set up a meeting with our Chef and Owner, Kelly A. Finucan to plan your reception around yours and your fiances preferences from the food to the decorations. We can offer a tasting of the foods you may be interested in purchasing for your reception at cost.  Whether it’s a gourmet plated meal or a beautifully presented buffet, we strive for perfection.  Please see our gourmet to-go menu for ideas, but pay no attention to the prices. We will plan your special event according to the size, budget and your needs for a perfect day or evening event.


Our guarantee is that you will never run out of food and everything will look as good throughout the reception as it did when your guests first arrived.  We are committed to giving you excellence, value and a lasting positive memory from our delicious food options, presentations and attention to event details.

Our Company Policy's regarding receptions

Menu Selection
Kelly’s Cuisine will assist you in planning your menu. Final menu selections must be submitted to Kelly’s catering at least four weeks prior to your scheduled event. All food items served for the event must be supplied and prepared by Kelly‘s Cuisine. Our menus are only guidelines designed to assist our clients in menu selections. Our Executive Chef will be happy to prepare customized menus to meet your specific needs and budget.

Menu Price Guarantees
Both food and beverage pricing may change due to market conditions or if drastic changes in the number of guests quoted lowers. Guaranteed pricing will be quoted 30 days prior to your function.

Bartender
Kelly’s Cuisine will provide bartender services and will charge a $50 fee per bartender, per hour for a minimum of 3 hours.  One bartender per 50 guests. No outside help or volunteers are allowed.

Butler Service
Kelly’s Cuisine will provide butler service for a fee of $25 per server, per hour. We reserve the right to book one server per 50 guests with a minimum charge for 3 hours. No outside help or volunteers are allowed.

Sales Tax and Service Charge
All food and beverage prices are subject to a 20% service charge and a 7% sales tax. Groups requesting tax exempt status must submit their tax number and an official letter of exemption 10 days prior to the function.

Guarantees
In arranging for private function, the attendance must be confirmed seven business days prior to the event. This number will be considered a guarantee, not subject to reduction, and charges will be computed based on this number, or number served, whichever is greater. If no guarantee is received, Kelly's Cuisine will prepare and charge for the highest number of persons estimated from the catering contract.

Payment
The balance must be paid  the day before  your event in full with Cash, Cashiers Check, Master Card or Visa. Kelly’s Cuisine will not direct bill any social, corporate or private functions. We do not accept American Express.

Deposit Policies
A deposit must be received into the catering office to hold the date required. The amount of the deposit will be 25% of the total of the projected function,  which is non-refundable. One week prior to your event another payment of 50% is due. The balance is due the day before your event in full no exceptions.

Cancellation
In the event that the customer cancels less than 30 days prior to the event the deposit will not be refunded.

Our Service
Kelly’s Cuisine will provide food fully garnished, delivery, set-up of food tables and or bar tables, decoration of food tables and or bar tables, (rentals, draping, fabrics, linens, skirting, tables, chafers, silverware, glassware, china, platters, floral arrangements and or greenery and loose flowers are not included but may be provided at the clients cost), break-down of food tables, clean up and return of all rentals.  Room set up other than the buffet table may also be provided at an extra cost at 3.00 per person.  All prices are subject to 7% Sales Tax and 20% gratuity.  Kelly's cuisine reserves the right to decorate the buffet tables at her discretion without outside help.  Floral arrangements and loose greenery shall be available to her no less than two hours before the event starts

Cake Cutting
There is a cake cutting fee of 1.00 per guest.  Kelly’s Cuisine is not responsible for the set up moving of or garnishment of the cake and cake table.

Leftover Food
Two plates shall be made up for the Bride and Groom for their room.  All leftover food will be wrapped up upon clients request and left in the refrigerator after the reception.  Kelly’s Cuisine can not be held liable for any food leaving the reception area.

Tasting's
If client wishes to have a tasting, Kelly's Cuisine will supply the tasting at cost.
